About Medstaff
Since 1988 we've been solving the
staffing problems of Certified Home Health Agencies, Long
Term Home Health Care and Hospice programs throughout northeast
New York as Visiting Nurses Home Care, an affiliate of the Visiting
Nurses Association of Albany, Rensselaer and Saratoga. We have
an area wide reputation for quality, integrity and competence.
Our service has expanded in recent years to include facilities
and physician practices.

Our service Coordinators and Registered Nurse Supervisors review
every applicant to ensure only fully qualified placements. In depth interviews,
reference checks, credential verification, criminal background checks,
and skills testing are all completed before a candidate is referred to you.

MedStaff will visit your facility,
meet with your key staff, and develop a unique profile of your institution and it's needs.
By recording information about your physical plant, your staffing patterns, your
policies and procedures regarding agency personnel we are able to maintain
and present an overview of your facility to qualified personnel. Your facility
orientation complements and completes this information.
